On a fast scooter, the brakes are the part that matters most. We check pads, discs, brake cables and the hydraulic system, bleed them, renew the fluid and give your brakes back the bite they had on day one.

01Do you charge for diagnostics?
No, diagnostics are free. They cover checking your scooter and pinpointing the problem; no repairs are carried out. We send you a clear quote, and repairs only start if you approve it.
02How long does a repair take?
Simple jobs like brake adjustment, pads or tyres usually take 1–2 hours; mid-size jobs like batteries and motors take 1–2 days. Major jobs that need parts ordering can take up to a week. We’ll give you an exact timeframe after diagnosis.
03Which brands do you service?
We work on every electric scooter brand, including Dualtron, Vsett, Teverun, Onvo, Xiaomi, Segway-Ninebot, Inmotion, Citymate, Emove, Kaabo, Zero, Inokim, RKS and Yuki. You can bring in electric unicycles and electric motorbikes too.
04Do you use genuine spare parts?
Yes. For repairs we only use genuine and approved spare parts. On custom projects, we agree the upgrade parts with you in advance.
05Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. The repairs and maintenance we carry out are under warranty for a set period; the length depends on the type of work, and we’ll tell you at handover.
06How long is the warranty on Teverun scooters?
Teverun scooters carry a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty in Türkiye; the battery and electronics are covered. Warranty work and spare parts are handled at Storm Garage, the official authorised service centre.
07What voids the warranty?
Generally, accident and impact damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, water damage and overloading are not covered by the warranty. Consumables like brake pads and tyres are usually excluded too. The exact terms vary by brand.
08How does mail-in service work?
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a shipping code. Pack up your scooter and send it in; when it arrives we do the diagnostics free of charge and send you our quote. Once you approve, we repair it, test it and ship it back to you.
09How should I pack my scooter for shipping?
Use the original box if you still have it; if not, fold the handlebar, wrap the body in foam and stretch film, and place it in a sturdy box. Include the charger and the key, plus a short note describing the problem. Ship the battery at around half charge, not fully charged.
10How often should my scooter be serviced?
Check the tyre pressure once a week and the bolts once a month or roughly every 500 km; test the brakes before every ride. Have a professional service every 6 months or roughly every 1,000 km.
11How should I charge and store my battery?
In everyday use, stay between 20 and 80% and plug in at around 15–20%. If you won’t be riding for a while, store it at around 50–60% charge. The ideal temperature is 15–35 °C; don’t charge below 0 °C, and don’t leave it charging unattended overnight.
12My scooter is IPX6-rated. Is it waterproof?
No. IPX6 means water-resistant, not waterproof. Pressure washing, riding through standing water and long spells in the rain damage the electronics. If your scooter gets wet, let it dry without switching it on and have it checked.
