    Folding mechanism wear

    On scooters that get folded and unfolded a lot, the latch and pins wear and play develops in the handlebar. We fix it with an adjustment and replacement parts.

    Suspension maintenance

    On suspension models like the OX and OXO, checking the bushings and shocks keeps the ride comfortable and safe.

    Battery and charging

    For capacity loss and charging problems, we test the cells, the BMS and the charge port separately.

01 The folding latch on my Inokim is loose. Can it be repaired?
Yes. We fix it by adjusting the latch and replacing worn pins or bushings.
02 My Inokim OX suspension is making noise.
Worn bushings or a lack of grease are the most common causes. We check it, grease it and replace the bushings if needed.
03 Do you offer mail-in service for Inokim?
Yes. You can ship it to us from anywhere in Türkiye; diagnostics are free.
04 Do you charge for diagnostics?
No, diagnostics are free. They cover checking your scooter and pinpointing the problem; no repairs are carried out. We send you a clear quote, and repairs only start if you approve it.
05 How does mail-in service work?
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a shipping code. Pack up your scooter and send it in; when it arrives we do the diagnostics free of charge and send you our quote. Once you approve, we repair it, test it and ship it back to you.
