Fault 01
Tubeless tyre punctures
The self-sealing tubeless tyres on the Max series plug small holes, but big cuts and worn tyres mean a replacement. We take the tyre off without forcing the rim.

Error codes and communication faults
Communication errors between the display and the controller, plus throttle and brake sensor faults, are the codes we see most often. We test the cables, connectors and sensors one by one.

Brake adjustment and pads
Depending on the model, you’ll find drum, cable-operated disc or hydraulic brakes. Each one is adjusted differently; with the right parts and setup, we shorten your braking distance.

Battery and charging
Charge dropping fast, or not charging at all, can come from the battery, the BMS or the charger. We measure to pin down the cause.
