Fault 01
Handlebar clamp and folding play
A heavy frame and high torque create play in the handlebar clamps. By adjusting the clamps and replacing worn parts, we bring back a solid feel at the bars.

Suspension maintenance
Adjustable suspension loses damping over time. We set it up for your weight, grease it and replace the shocks if needed.

Dual-motor and controller faults
Dropping to one motor, stuttering when pulling away or an overheating controller can come from a Hall sensor, the wiring or the controller. Our free diagnostics pin down the cause.

Brakes and discs
Stopping a heavy frame takes its toll on the brakes. Timely hydraulic bleeding and pad and disc replacement are vital.
