Onvo repair & service

Onvo is one of the most common scooter brands on city streets in Türkiye. A light frame, a single motor and pneumatic tyres: scooters that last for years with regular maintenance, but quickly develop tyre, brake and battery trouble when neglected. In the garage, an Onvo gets the same care as a performance machine.

Common faults

Problems we see in the garage, and how we fix them.

Models we service

We service every model from this brand. Just mention yours on the booking form.

  1. Fault 01

    Won’t charge

The problem isn’t always the battery: the charger, the charge port or the BMS could be to blame. We measure all three in turn and find the real fault, so you don’t pay for a battery you didn’t need.

  2. Fault 02

    Punctured inner tubes and snakebites

Ride on an underinflated tyre and, at a kerb edge, the tube gets pinched between rim and road, leaving two holes. We replace the inner tube, set the correct pressure and, if you like, add tyre sealant.

  3. Fault 03

    Creaking folding mechanism

A creak isn’t just noise; it’s often the first sign of a loose folding screw. A few minutes of proper adjustment saves a part that would otherwise break further down the line.

  4. Fault 04

    Slack brake cable

On cable brakes, the cable stretches over time and the lever goes slack. We tension or replace the cable and check the pads and disc.

FAQ

Common questions about ONVO

01 My Onvo scooter won’t charge. Is the battery dead?
Not necessarily. A faulty charger, charge port or BMS gives the same symptom. During free diagnostics we measure all three and tell you the real cause.
02 Can you get spare parts for Onvo?
Parts availability varies by model. We can usually source common parts like tyres, brakes, cables and batteries; after diagnosis we tell you exactly which parts are needed and how long it will take.
03 My tyres keep going flat. Should I fit solid tyres?
Solid tyres can’t go flat, but they pass vibration straight into the frame and electronics; screws work loose and connectors get damaged. A quality pneumatic tyre with sealant is usually the better fix.
04 Do you charge for diagnostics?
No, diagnostics are free. They cover checking your scooter and pinpointing the problem; no repairs are carried out. We send you a clear quote, and repairs only start if you approve it.
05 How does mail-in service work?
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a shipping code. Pack up your scooter and send it in; when it arrives we do the diagnostics free of charge and send you our quote. Once you approve, we repair it, test it and ship it back to you.
