Teverun scooters sold in Türkiye come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. A scooter’s two most critical components — the battery and the electronic parts — are covered. As the official authorised service centre, we handle warranty work, spare parts and maintenance.

Not covered

Three things void the warranty.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers faults that come from production. These three situations fall outside it; knowing them up front saves surprises.

    Accidents and impacts

    Damage from falls, collisions and impacts isn’t covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We repair accident damage as paid work, with genuine parts.

    Unauthorised repairs

    A scooter opened or repaired outside an authorised service centre loses its warranty. If you’re having work done on a scooter that’s still under warranty, ask us first.

    Water damage

    Ratings like IPX6 mean water-resistant, not waterproof. Pressure washing, puddles and long rides in a downpour kill electronics; water damage is not covered by the warranty.

Don’t switch it on, don’t plug it in. Let it dry out and bring it in for a check.

Teverun doesn’t officially number its versions; the V numbers come from dealers and the community. The table below is based on the 2026 production run with TEVERUN 2.0 that is expected to arrive in Türkiye.

Yes. Teverun scooters are sold in Türkiye backed by XYauto and Storm Garage; all spare parts and maintenance services are provided by Storm Garage.
02 How long is the warranty on Teverun scooters?
Teverun scooters carry a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty in Türkiye; the battery and electronics are covered. Warranty work and spare parts are handled at Storm Garage, the official authorised service centre.
03 What voids the warranty?
Generally, accident and impact damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, water damage and overloading are not covered by the warranty. Consumables like brake pads and tyres are usually excluded too. The exact terms vary by brand.
04 Do you keep Teverun spare parts in stock?
Yes. We keep spare parts in stock equal to roughly 10% of the number of scooters we sell. We respond to authorised service requests within 3 days and usually hand the scooter back within a week.
05 Where can I buy a Teverun?
Teverun sales go through the Storm Garage store in Kadıköy. Test rides are by appointment; get in touch for stock and pricing.
06 What’s the difference between the 7260R V4 and V5?
Teverun doesn’t put official version numbers on its scooters; names like V4 and V5 are what dealers call the yearly updates. What matters is the production year and which parts have changed. With the parts we have, we can bring an older 7260R up to V4 spec.
07 Are Teverun scooters sold speed-limited?
Yes. Teverun scooters are sold limited to 25 km/h. Unrestricted mode is for closed-track and private-land use only.
08 Will modifications void my warranty?
Unauthorised modifications can affect the manufacturer’s warranty. On a scooter that’s still under warranty, we talk you openly through the possible effects before we start any work.
09 How do I make a Teverun warranty claim?
Fill in the warranty claim form or message us on WhatsApp: the serial number, the invoice and a short description of the problem are all we need. We reply to claims within 3 days; you can bring the scooter to the garage or ship it to us.
10 What happens if my warranty has expired?
We’re still Teverun’s authorised service centre for spare parts, maintenance and repairs. For scooters out of warranty, we give you a firm price before any work starts.
11 Can I ship my Teverun to you for service?
Yes — we accept scooters for mail-in service from anywhere in Türkiye. Message us before you send it; we’ll share the packing and shipping steps.
