01 Where can I get my electric scooter repaired in Kadıköy?
Storm Garage Kadıköy is at Şehir Kahya Sokak No:24 in Feneryolu. We service scooters from Feneryolu, Göztepe, Bostancı and the whole of the Asian side; diagnostics are free.
02 Are you open on Sundays?
Our Kadıköy branch is closed on Sundays. Our Ünalan branch is open every day, Sundays included, 11:00–18:00.
03 What are your opening hours?
Our Kadıköy branch is open Monday – Saturday 11:00–18:00, closed Sundays. Our Ünalan branch is open every day 11:00–18:00.
04 Can I collect it the same day?
Simple jobs like tyres, pads and brake adjustment are usually done in 1–2 hours; if the parts are in stock, you can collect your scooter the same day. Booking an appointment speeds things up.
05 Do you offer on-site or mobile service?
On-site service is possible for simple jobs. Anything that means opening up the scooter, taking measurements or replacing parts requires bringing it to the workshop or shipping it to us.
06 I’m on the European side. How do I get my scooter to you?
You can bring your scooter to one of our branches or ship it to us. We’ll send you a shipping code on WhatsApp; diagnostics are free.
07 Do you charge for diagnostics?
No, diagnostics are free. They cover checking your scooter and pinpointing the problem; no repairs are carried out. We send you a clear quote, and repairs only start if you approve it.
08 Do you work on electric unicycles and electric motorbikes?
Yes. On unicycles like Kingsong and Begode, we do motor replacements, tyre and inner tube changes, suspension setup and full services. For electric motorbikes, just message us on WhatsApp.
