1. Definitions
- Site: stormgarage.com.tr and its subpages
- Member: A natural person who creates an account by registering on the Site
- Account: The area in which the Member manages their order, service, valuation, listing and favourites information
- Content: Text, photos and other data uploaded to the Site by the Member
2. Membership and sign-in methods
Membership is open to natural persons aged 18 or over. The Member accepts that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
You can sign in to the Site with Google, Apple, a phone number (SMS verification), a passkey or email. When signing in with Google or Apple, the terms of the respective providers also apply; Storm Garage does not see your password for these providers.
Demo mode: The Site is currently in a demo phase. Whichever method you choose, an account named “Demo User” is created on your device only; no information is sent to a server.
3. Account security
The Member is responsible for the security of the devices, passkeys and verification codes that give access to their account. If the Member notices any unauthorised use, they shall report it immediately to info@stormgarage.com.tr.
4. Rules of use
The Member agrees not to do any of the following when using the Site:
- Share content that is contrary to the law, public morals or the rights of third parties
- Use photos or information that do not belong to them without permission
- Post listings for stolen products, products of unknown origin or products presented in a misleading way
- Share other people’s personal data
- Collect data from the Site by automated means, disrupt the operation of the Site or attempt to circumvent its security
5. Listing and valuation content
Pre-owned listings and valuation requests created by the Member are reviewed by Storm Garage before being published or answered. Storm Garage has the right to reject or remove content that violates this agreement or the legislation.
The price ranges communicated by our experts as the outcome of a valuation are for information purposes only. Offers to buy are valid for the validity period stated in the offer and on condition that the physical inspection of the device matches the information declared.
The “Translate” feature on listings uses machine translation; the translation may contain errors, and the original text of the listing prevails.
The Member accepts that the content they upload belongs to them and that they have the right to publish it on the Site, and permits the content to be displayed on the Site for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Intellectual property
The rights to the logos, designs, texts, photos and videos on the Site belong to Storm Garage or to the respective rights holders; they may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Liability
Storm Garage makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Site operates without interruption or errors; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates and technical faults. This provision does not limit your rights under consumer legislation.
8. Termination of membership
The Member may close their account at any time. Storm Garage may suspend or close the account in the event of a breach of this agreement. Records subject to a statutory retention obligation are retained for the required period.
9. Changes and notices
Storm Garage may update this agreement; significant changes are notified to the Member by email or via the Site. Notices between the parties are given via the Member’s registered email address and info@stormgarage.com.tr.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Members who are consumers retain the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts; for other disputes, [Competent courts and enforcement offices] have jurisdiction.
