01 What speed are the scooters delivered at?

The maximum speed allowed on public roads in Türkiye is 25 km/h, and our scooters are delivered with this limit. Manufacturer performance modes are for closed-track and private-land use only.

02 What does the Teverun warranty cover?

Teverun scooters come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty; the battery and electronic parts are covered. Under the manufacturer’s terms, water damage, modifications and racing use are not covered by the warranty; we’ll go through the exact terms with you before you buy. After-sales service, spare parts and maintenance are handled at Storm Garage.

03 Can I take a test ride?

Yes, in Kadıköy, by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll find a time that works for you.

04 Do you offer instalments?

Credit-card instalments are available. The instalment table on this page is an example; you’ll see the exact amount for your bank at checkout. Message us for cash and card prices.

05 How does pre-ordering work?

With a pre-order you reserve your place with a deposit and pay the balance on delivery. You’re the first to know when the scooter arrives; we do the running-in and checks in the garage before handover.
