Power stages

Four stages, one rule

As performance goes up, safety never goes down. Each stage builds on the one before; battery, controller, motor, wiring and frame have to speak the same language.

  1. Stage 1

    Software

    Power Stock hardware

We unlock what’s already inside the machine: controller firmware, torque curve, riding modes, electronics and cockpit.

    Typical work

    • Controller firmware and tuning
    • Torque curve and riding modes
    • Cruise control, indicators, lights
    • CarPlay and camera kits
  2. Stage 2

    Hardware

    Power Drivetrain and control

Everything that carries the power: phase wires, controller, brakes, tyres, damper and ergonomics. Stopping and grip come before speed.

    Typical work

    • Phase wires and connectors
    • Magura brake conversion
    • Slick tyres and damper
    • Handlebar riser and ergonomics
  3. Stage 3

    Power

    Power 20 kW+ system

Battery, controller and motor are redesigned. Cell choice, series-parallel layout, cooling and wiring are built as a single system.

    Typical work

    • Custom battery pack
    • High-current controller
    • Motor and cooling
    • Rewired from scratch
  4. Limited

    Limited

    Power 30–60 kW

One-off machines. Born for the closed track, every part chosen for the goal — and each one rolls out of the garage exactly once.

    Typical work

    • Parts chosen for the goal
    • Open-source-firmware controllers
    • Torque-curve fine-tuning
    • Closed-track testing

Power curve

Rise above the curve.

Everything above the stock curve is the garage’s work. Move the cursor or slide the speed to compare stock power with the Storm band.

Rise above the curve. Representative power curve: the stock 7260R peaks at about 15 kW and runs out around 120 km/h; the Storm band climbs between 30 and 60 kW and stretches to 200 km/h. 0 15 30 45 60 0 40 80 120 160 200 Speed (km/h) Power (kW) 120 · Stock ~200 60 kW 30 kW 15 kW

Process

How we work in the garage

Modding isn’t guesswork, it’s engineering. Every part can be strong on its own; if they don’t work together, there’s no performance.

  1. 01

    We talk about the goal

Speed, range, brakes or looks? We listen to where and how you ride. Public roads or a closed track — everything starts here.

  2. 02

    We read the machine

Battery health, controller, motor, wiring and frame. We don’t swap a single part until we’ve seen what the current system can handle.

  3. 03

    We plan the system

We choose parts so that battery, controller, motor, wiring and frame work together. The wrong combination means a fried board and a worn-out battery.

  4. 04

    We build and tune

Assembly, wiring and software. On open-source-firmware controllers we tune the torque curve using what we’ve learned from racers and modders across Europe.

  5. 05

    We test and hand over

The build is tested on closed ground, and that’s where the settings take their final shape. At handover we go through service intervals and limits together.

Safety and legal note

Control first, then speed.

Performance builds run on passion — but the responsibility is yours. Know this before you start a build.

  • Closed track and private land

Speed-limit removal and 30–60 kW builds are for closed-track and private-land use only.

  • 25 km/h on public roads

The legal top speed for electric scooters on public roads is 25 km/h. Many manufacturers, Teverun included, sell their scooters with this limit.

  • Warranty impact

Teverun’s warranty terms exclude scooters that have been modified or used for racing. Let’s talk through your warranty status before we start.

  • Gear is a must

Helmet, gloves, knee pads and protective clothing. A steering damper isn’t an accessory; on high-torque machines it’s vital kit.

The speed and power figures on this page are garage claims, achieved on closed ground.

Frequently asked

About custom builds

01 Is removing the speed limit legal?
The legal top speed for electric scooters on public roads is 25 km/h. Derestriction and high-power builds are for closed-track and private-land use only.
02 Will modding affect my warranty?
It can. Teverun’s warranty terms exclude scooters that have been modified or used for racing. We clarify your warranty status together before the build starts.
03 Which brands do you work with?
Teverun, Dualtron, Segway and VSETT builds have all rolled out of the garage. Whatever you ride, we read the existing system first; only then do we talk about what’s possible.
04 How much does it cost?
The price of a build depends on the goal, the machine and the parts. Fill in the form or message us on WhatsApp; we’ll talk through your scooter and your goal, then give you a firm quote.
05 Can I ship my scooter in for a build?
For service, we accept shipments from anywhere in Türkiye. For custom builds, let’s talk about your goal first and plan the process together.
